Delivery and return

RIGHT TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND

In the event that one of the ordered items does not suit you or you simply do not like it, you have the right to return the purchased, undamaged and unused goods to our address within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

Please include the original invoice with the items you are returning, and send everything together in the original box exclusively as an ordinary package to the address:

MD.KULTURA will not cover shipping costs for returns.  When exchanging items for the same type of product, you will not be charged shipping costs. Items consisting of several parts must be returned as a complete set.

Replacement products:

In individual, rare cases, it is possible that we will not be able to deliver some of the ordered products, that is, that some of the items from the offer are completely or partially sold out, about which we will inform you in writing. We ask for your understanding and to try to find an item in our rich offer that will give you the same shopping pleasure.

Refund for returned goods:

For items that you did not decide to keep, or that you returned to us, you have the right to a refund according to the following criteria:

for items paid by general payment to our giro account, the amount equal to the sales price of the product will be returned to your current account.

If you paid for the items in advance, by bank transfer to a giro account, the amount equal to the sales price of the product will be returned to the account from which the payment was made, 

Complaints:

MD.KULTURA  guarantees that all products purchased in our e-shop are correct. Product photos are only illustrative in nature, and may not always correspond in all details to the products that are actually available.

If you received a product that you did not order or received a product with an error, please inform us about it. If the complaint is justified, contact us no later than 7 days after receiving the product by e-mail at marinadesign@mdkultura.com or by phone at +385 91 570 3680 in order to agree on the replacement of the damaged product or a refund.

The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

delivery of products that were not ordered,

delivery of products that are damaged, and the damage is the result of poor handling during delivery,

delivery of products with an error.

In order to exercise the right to warranty, it is necessary to attach the original receipt to the product. Complaints must be properly packed in the original packaging. All claims improperly packed or those with visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted, but will be returned to the sender at his expense.
