mdKultura allows you to use the services and content of your website and e-commerce subject to the Terms of Use below. The Terms of Use apply to all content and services of the mdkultura.com website. Purchase and order
Our website offers the purchase of products with a clearly marked final price in HRK. ("The taxpayer is not in the VAT system, VAT is not calculated on the basis of Article 90, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the VAT Act (Official Gazette No. 73/13").
The cost of delivery will be visible in the automatic calculation of your shopping cart before completing the order. In addition to items that have the ability to choose color, size, etc., in the ordering process, select the desired so that we can deliver a valid item.
Terms of purchase
These Terms and Conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and termination of the Contract concluded at a distance, which are offered on this site. The procedure and conditions for buying / selling goods through our e-commerce are defined through the following stages:

For the order it is necessary to enter the correct delivery details; name, surname, address and house number, place, postal code, telephone number, email address. No registration is required to purchase, so you can also purchase as a guest.
Payment methods
We accept three types of payment methods:
1. PAYMENT BY OFFER TO OUR TRANSACTION ACCOUNT (BUYERS IN HR + WORLDWIDE)
You make the payment to our company account, according to the received e-mail offer. After choosing an item, send us an inquiry and we will send you an offer to your e-mail with the necessary payment information. In the Description of payment section, be sure to enter the generated order number from the received offer. The payer is your name of trade, company and/or your first and last name. You can make the payment online from your account or at any nearby bank or post office. Your generated order number keeps your order completely confidential. When paying in a bank or post office, the details or content of your order are not visible to the employee.
2. PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY
If you have ordered a product that is delivered to you by one of our courier partners, and you need to pay by cash on delivery, the procedure is very simple. The delivery person will come to your address with the shipment and upon delivery will ask you to hand over the amount for which the sender requested to be paid by cash on delivery. The courier service does not charge the recipient any additional costs for cash on delivery payment. Payment is only possible in cash.

3. DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
The client can choose between two online payment systems, PayPal or Braintree, depending on which way he wants to make the payment:
If the client has created his own PayPal account, then he can easily transfer the required advance payment amount from his account to our PayPal account.
If the client wants to make a payment by credit card, then it is necessary to use the Braintree system. Braintree is a company owned by PayPal that enables card transactions.
DATA SECURITY
The Braintree card payment system is protected by a Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Also, Braintree is on the global list of providers for Visa cards, as well as on MasterCard's SDP list.
Braintree does not store magnetic stripe data, code validation cards (CAV2, CID, CVC2, CVV2) or PIN data. The storage of this data is prohibited in the PCI DSS system.
Card data is managed through Braintree Vault, which uses an encryption method in addition to using existing security data. For example, Braintree uses multiple keys for split-value and double-check encryption. Potential data thieves cannot exploit data stolen from a database without an encryption key. It is not possible to connect to the archive where the card data is stored via the Internet.
Braintree requires user authentication each time they use the program. Passwords are never stored directly in the database, and in addition, all API communications between users and Braintree are conducted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Braintree develops code to secure its systems and user data therein. It also inspects and supervises its employees, customers and suppliers who have access to the system, in order to protect the system against suspicious and unauthorized activities.
At Braintree, the network is secured, with minimal and audited access to and from external networks, and they also take additional steps to protect their internal networks
